Here is a scratch built smokehouse I have done. It is 1 1/2" X 2 1/2" or 6'X 10' scale ft.

Home Town Smoke House
Back home as a young boy, I grew up next to a old country store called, "Mrs Braggers". One of the things that I remember the most, was the one day of the week they would smoke the Andouille and sausage. Oh boy, could you smell it! My mom would send me to the store the next day and we would walk out back to the smoke house and get the order.

Wow, you bring back memories of my younger days. I was born in East Kentucky and still remember the old trains and all of the different train stations and buildings. You have a great site here and I love it. Thanks for sharing with everybody. Keep up the wonderful worl.
